Weiyang Liu is an Educational Technology Consultant of Instructional Media Lab at UMass Amherst, helping instructors incorporate technology into their teaching and course management by using different educational tools. She is currently pursuing her second Master's degree in Learning, Media, and Technology at UMass Amherst. She has a M.S. degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from University of Rochester and one-year Chinese teaching experience in Rochester, NY. During her teaching, she made pedagogical connections between Web 2.0 tools and Chinese culture learning. 

Yayun Cao

Teaching Assistant

Yayun Cao is a graduate student in Bilingual/ESL/Multicultural Education Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She experienced in English teaching in both China and the U.S., and now a Chinese teacher in the U.S.. She is strongly interested in exploring effective and appropriate technology tools to facilitate language learning in different age and level. 

Yifan Li

Teaching Assistant

Yifan Li is a graduate student from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, pursuing her Master degree in Bilingual/ESL/Multicultural education program. She has one year of English teaching experience in China. Now, she works in a Chinese immersion school as an assistant Chinese teacher. She is passionate about exploring the way to closely connect the  technology and language teaching together and creating a new culture of learning way.

 

Chang Chen

Student

Chang Chen is a graduate student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is pursuing his M.Ed. in Bilingual/ESL/Multicultural education. He has 3 years of English teaching experience in China and 1 year of Chinese teaching experience in the U.S. He has a strong interest in combining project-based learning and technology to support student-centered learning.
